摘要:
大型振动离心机是研究岩土地震工程动力问题最有效的试验设备,目前全球仅有两台,而国内尚属空白。作为尖端试验设备,大型振动离心机的建造几乎在所有方面都面临着新挑战,其土建设计也存在诸多新的问题。研究了试验室总体布局及相关土建工程中的几个关键技术,提出了设备总体布局方案,比较了主机室不同冷却系统类型和优缺点,阐述了基础设计的基本要求与难点,可为国内外大型振动离心机建设提供参考。
Abstract:
A large scale centrifugal shaker is the most effective testing facility for research on dynamic problems in geotechnical earthquake engineering.There are only two such shaker worldwide nowadays, whereas, no one has been established in China. As the most advanced testing facility, almost every aspect in the building of a large scale centrifugal shaker encounters new challenges. Meanwhile, the construction also faces some new problems.In this paper, the general layout of laboratory and some relevant key technologies of construction were investigated and the scheme of equipment general layout was proposed. The advantages and limitations of different cooling systems in the main set hall were compared and basic requirements and difficulties of foundation design were discussed, which can provide a reference to construction of large-scale centrifugal shakers at home and abroad.
