摘要:
目前波形钢腹板箱梁桥的动力学研究主要以简支箱梁为主,对连续箱梁的研究很少。为此,设计制作了波形钢腹板预应力混凝土连续箱梁的模型试验梁,并建立ANSYS有限元模型对其动力特性进行了分析。为验证理论分析的正确性,采用DHDAS动态信号测试分析系统对其动力特性进行了实测,根据实测数据识别出各阶竖向弯曲振动的模态及振动频率。模型试验梁的有限元分析结果与实测结果的差别较小。因此,实践中采用所提有限元建模方法可以获得较高的精度。同时还研究了不同位置的横隔板对波形钢腹板预应力混凝土连续箱梁动力特性的影响,结果表明:支座横隔板对箱梁动力特性的影响最大,而中横隔板对箱梁的动力特性基本上没有影响。因此在实际工程中,可以适当减少中横隔板的数量,以合理节省桥梁建设成本。
Abstract:
Currently the dynamic research on box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs mainly focuses on simply supported beams but less on continuous box beam.Therefore,the model test of prestressed concrete continuous box girder with corrugated steel webs was designed and manufactured,and ANSYS finite element model of the box girder was built to analyze its dynamic characteristics.DHDAS dynamic signal testing analysis system was adopted to test its dynamic characteristics in order to prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis,and various orders of vertical bending vibration modes and vibration frequencies are identified according to the measured data.The comparation between measured data and results of finite element analysis of the model test beam shows that the difference is small.The influence of diaphragms in various position on dynamic characteristics of the prestressed concrete continuous box girder with corrugated steel webs was also studied.Results show that bearing diaphragms have the biggest influence on dynamics characteristics of the box girder,while the mid-diaphragms have little influence basically.So reducing mid-diaphragms appropriately can save construction costs of bridges in practice.
