摘要:
国家标准《中国地震动参数区划图》(GB18306-2015)已于2016年6月1日起开始实施。新一代区划图的实施,使得建筑的土建成本相对于之前有所变化。运用结构设计软件按照相关规范规定的最低标准完成剪力墙结构构件在不同地震动参数情况下的内力和配筋计算,并根据最新的建设工程预算定额和估价表,对上述情况进行施工图预算并在经济性方面进行系统的对比分析。结果表明:随着设防烈度的提高,剪力墙结构土建工程每平米成本上浮的比例也会增大,且随着设防烈度的提高,土建成本的增长比例越来越大。
Abstract:
The seismic ground motion parameter zonation map of China has been implemented since June 1, 2016. The implementation of building has changed compared to before. The internal force and reinforcement calculation of shear wall structure members under different ground motion parameters are completed by using structural design software according to the minimum standards specified by relevant codes, and according to the latest budget and quota of construction project, carry on the construction drawing budget to the above situation, and the systematic comparative analysis in the economic aspect. The results show that:with the increase of fortification intensity, the ratio of cost per square metre of shear wall structure will increase, and with the increase of fortification intensity, the proportion of civil construction cost increases more and more.
