摘要:
为研究核环吊在地震作用下的瞬态响应机理,完成了核环吊缩尺模型的抗震实验,并采用ABAQUS时程分析法研究了缩尺模型的动力响应。首先介绍了核环吊缩尺模型实验的设计方法和准则;其次通过与谱分析的对比分析说明了进行动力时程分析的必要性;最后介绍了ABAQUS中时程分析法的具体方法和步骤。仿真与实验结果的对比分析表明:ABAQUS的Slide-Plane连接单元可准确地模拟大车与小车不跳轨情况下的轮轨约束,验证了关键参数设置方法的准确性,为今后的核环吊产品的抗震设计提供了借鉴和参考。
Abstract:
In order to study the transient response mechanism of a nuclear polar crane under seismic loading,seismic performance experiments were conducted on a scale model of the nuclear polar crane,and the dynamic response of the scale model was studied by time-history analysis method in ABAQUS.The design methods and criteria of experiment about the scale model of the nuclear polar crane were firstly introduced.Then,the necessity of the dynamic time-history analysis was illustrated by comparing with results of the spectral analysis.Finally,the concrete methods and steps of the time-history analysis in ABAQUS were introduced.The comparisons between the time-history analysis and the experimental results show that the Slide-Plane connection element in ABAQUS can accurately simulate the wheel-rail constraint if a derailment does not happen.The experimental results verify the reliability of the key parameter setting method.And results can provide reference for the seismic design of nuclear polar cranes in the future.
