摘要:
为研究Tilt-up建筑体系新型再生混凝土夹心保温墙体的抗震性能,设计制作3片分别带有门洞、窗洞、不带洞口的新型再生混凝土夹心保温墙和1片普通再生混凝土剪力墙试件,进行水平低周反复荷载试验。着重考察了墙体的开裂方式、破坏形态、滞回性能、承载力以及刚度退化性能、耗能性能等。试验结果表明:不带洞口的新型再生混凝土夹心保温墙体和传统的再生混凝土墙体均具有良好的抗震性能,洞口形式对新型再生混凝土夹心保温墙体的抗震性能影响较大,提出应严格控制开洞大小和形式,并配置加强筋以防止墙肢发生剪切脆性破坏等建议。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the seismic performance of new sandwich insulation recycled aggregate concrete shear wall (NSIRACSW) in tilt-up building system, three NSIRACSWs with doors, windows, no openings and an ordinary recycled concrete shear wall were designed and manufactured, and the reversed cyclic loading tests were carried out. The cracking pattern, failure mode, hysteresis behavior, load-carrying capacity, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation of the specimens were mainly investigated. The test results showed that NSIRACSW without openings and traditional recycled aggregate concrete shear wall have good seismic performance, and opening shape on NSIRACSW makes a large influence on its seismic performance. Some suggestions are put forward, such as strictly controlling the size and form of openings, and configuring reinforcement bars to prevent shear brittle failure of the wall between windows.
